А у меня вот такие новости...
Mark Gatiss, writer and co-creator of the BBC’s Sherlock, has posted a tweet that confirms the shooting for series 2 begins in May. He also states that the series will air in the fall of 2011. The first Sherlock series ran on British television in the fall of 2010 and then ran in the U.S. in early November on PBS, so possibly the second series will follow the same pattern. Only eight or nine more months to wait. Only.
This next group of three episodes will purportedly feature stories about Irene Adler, Sherlock’s love interest, The Hound of the Baskervilles, and Reichenbach Falls, where the great detective will battle with his nemesis Moriarty. Well, I’d like to see them stage that last one, needless to say. I hope Andrew Scott can swim. Unlike Jones in My Life in Film. I remember the Jeremy Brett episode where the two met, but not very well. I suppose this version will really juice things up to surpass that, in any case. Sounds like it may be another cliffhanger, this time with a real cliff.
I wonder how the shooting schedule will coincide with Andrew’s play, which opens on June 15.
